So since I see all the negative reviews here, I have to disagree. Charging itself is super convenient and pleasant feeling. Staff very friendly and courteous. Had several questions and everything was answered to my satisfaction or I was helped. So you can tell that they work there with passion. Anyone who writes negative things in here should probably grab their own nose. As it resounds in the forest, so it resounds out 😉

Basically everything you need is there. Unfortunately, the shop is very cramped - it looks like it used to at Schlecker. There are "nicer" Rossmann branches but also the competitor d * is further ahead here. In terms of personnel, there is often a queue at the checkout before someone reacts. But otherwise everything for daily needs on site. The range is well exhausted for the small area.

Tight little shop. Mostly unfriendly staff. You can tell that there is hardly any competition.

Very unfriendly the young women should rather be makeup artisen with customers they can not deal with the first time and never again

Somehow there are always things in the way, for example in front of the make-up corner, in front of which there is ALWAYS something. Selection of individual products limited. None of this would be a problem if most of the staff weren't so incredibly rude. So far I have really only seen one of the employees with the corners of her mouth hanging down. She comes across as if she absolutely hates everyone. She also pams colleagues in front of customers. Impossible. But there are also nice employees. Otherwise you always feel as if you are standing in the way and are supposed to leave the shop as soon as possible. 🙈
