I'm not someone who gets excited so quickly, but the patience and friendliness with which my request was even dealt with personally by the boss really impressed me. Although there were quite a few customers in the shop when I went shopping, I was given very competent advice from her and had the feeling that I was taken seriously as a person and not dealt with quickly or condescendingly, as I often had to experience in other shops. The shop is also very well structured and I found my way around quickly. My subjective feeling is that attention is also paid to small details and good interaction with the customer.

Even in the Corona period, the employees take time for the matter. Very compact advice and a beautiful product presentation. I always look forward to my shopping there. Especially the little black-haired woman is always very courteous and always in a good mood.

Super friendly staff, you feel in good hands. Help is provided directly and you will not be turned away if you have problems. The shop is super tidy and clean. Perfect! Keep it up!

Won't go to this Rossmann again. I fully understand the corona measures (keep my distance, wear a mask, etc.) and consider the measures to be very important. Despite the measures, I find it impossible if you are just entering the shop with a small baby (packed with a stroller and a backpack) in the pouring rain and then the cashier unfriendly asks you to either push a shopping cart in front of you or a basket, otherwise you are not allowed to shop here (how is that supposed to work?) We then went out into the rain again. Will not do the shopping there in the future. So far I've had no problems getting in with the stroller anywhere else.

I think everyone is very friendly and are also friendly to questions. I can't understand the criticism of the staff. I have often seen customers not even know the time of day and address the saleswoman without saying hello. Then a customer comes up and says I'm looking for ..... Is it that hard to tell the time of day? Or at the checkout you are greeted warmly and the customer without a word. Those who write a bad review should think about what kind of behavior they display. Keep up the good work you're great
