My twelve-year-old daughter got a tube of toothpaste two days ago and was treated like a third-class person at the cash register.
Unfortunately I was not there and so at home she told me about tears, how the lady at the cash register tore the money (5 €) from her hand and clapped the remaining money on the counter with contemptuous gestures.
Half an hour later I was in the shop and wanted to confront the lady, who then denied everything and no longer knew what had happened.
When I wanted to speak to the management, I was told that they were not in the house. Then I asked for the name of the seller (had no name tag), which she shouldn't give me for supposedly data protection reasons.
I was in this store today to buy a bottle of chamomile extract. At the checkout I asked where I could find this product since this branch is quite large.
In response, I heard, "I don't think we have that." So I went through the whole shop and looked for it. I then found the camomile extract near the cash register and was quite upset with this inadequate response and incompetence.
The said young saleswoman was surprised and I said to her: "It's a shame that you don't know your range well!"
Her answer to this: "I'm always only here at the cash register!"
There is not just this one branch of Rossmann in Leverkusen, I will shop less here if possible ... Too bad ...
