The staff was impolite and nervous. Didn't like the waiting line because only one cashier was working.

The employees discriminated against me. An employee asks me to take a shopping cart with me. I have announced that I am not buying anything. I just want to compare price. But she wants me to do that. I do that. In the store I found out that a lot of people have no shopping trolleys, then in the end I asked why I have to carry one shopping trolley and not the other. I showed 2 people to the cash register. She got an employee to kick me out and says "house ban". I can only laugh at myself. I actually wanted to have the police so that they could be witnesses of how the staff discriminated against me. Some people have misused trust. Only employees of a business without power insulted people. Please see video camera first, how Rossmanns employees treat me, then the management or other employees could answer me or better not answer. Here is just my review.

A very nice shop and friendly staff. I was looking for a product and the saleswoman could tell me exactly where to find it. Without that I had to search big.

The market is okay so far and neatly sorted. However, I would wish that the handling at the cashier becomes more sensitive. Earlier, only one box office was occupied. A customer from behind asked from the queue, if a second checkout could open. The cashier: "No. But it is not that full, is it? There are only 6 customers. "Yes, it is full when a customer overcomes asking. Customers do not do that for fun or boredom. The cashier then said there were instructions for the additional opening of a cash register. As a bystander, I asked which rule is behind it. The cashier said from 6 customers - or at discretion. I then asked how many were up to date. She: 6. Aha. About 1 minute later, even more customers came in this queue ... Not nice. Presumably, I save myself another visit and the set theory in this branch.
