I've been there several times, and had a bad experience every time. The staff are very rude, arrogant and down-looking. As if you would not pay for your purchase. There is no greeting, no please / thank you. Very rude, easy!

Very bad service and very arrogant and incompetent saleswoman. Had bought a clock on which the limb bracelet was too far. I had asked the saleswoman Mrs. Peters to cut me that. She could not. I am then in the Kaufhof and have it cut me and paid for 5 euros. The behavior of Mrs. Peters is very unprofessional. I am the client and do not want to be treated from the top down. U.Hausmann
