We picked up our silver wedding rings today and we are very happy with the result. Before that, we had very pleasant, friendly and competent advice. The specified collection date was kept and we were even informed by phone that the rings were ready for collection. All in all, we can only say that we are very satisfied and can always recommend this business to others.

We bought our wedding rings from the same jeweler 16 years ago and were very satisfied even then. So it was of course our first port of call after losing my wedding ring on the beach this year (2020). My wife wanted to surprise me for our anniversary and bought us new wedding rings at Fine ART. Since she was no longer sure about the size, she asked to buy the rings first and, if the size was wrong, replace them with the right size. The very competent saleswoman agreed to this despite the current, very difficult corona situation and a few days later we were not only able to exchange the rings for the correct size, but even choose a different model. And although the other model was a little more expensive, we got a discount so that we didn't have to pay anything more. That's what I call first-class service and will ensure customer loyalty for the next 16 years! From our side an absolute purchase recommendation and a large selection with unbureaucratic service !!! Thank you so much!!!

Everything was in order until I bought the ring, apart from the fact that I had to ask for an invoice, after which I was only then issued a certificate. I probably wouldn't have had anything meaningful otherwise. When I came to this jeweler again to have the ring made smaller, I was told that the ring would be back in a week at the latest. Of course you are excited and want the engagement ring back as soon as possible, so I politely asked after 2 days (Thursday) for a brief intermediate result. I was told that the ring would be there the following day, Saturday at the latest. I didn't hear from the jeweler on those two days. The following Monday I called again and was told, "It's nice that you remind me .." I had the feeling that a lot of excuses were being used here, I would have imagined it differently. The ring was not finished in the previously agreed time, so I called again to ask where it was. During this conversation the employee was very annoyed and told me that she didn't feel like doing any of this anymore and that she always got into trouble and promptly ended the conversation with the words "I'll get in touch with you when the ring is there. I was very dissatisfied with the way they were dealt with and cannot recommend this jeweler to others.

Was there during the "Cash for Truth" campaign and I was paid a top price for my old gold, and I was also able to sell my jewelry very well. A nice and lucrative stay, high praise to this jeweler!
