First of all: very tasty gyros pita, always well filled, and very well priced at under € 4. Only the friendliness at the counter left a lot to be desired. Especially in a short dialogue about something to eat, you don't need a lot of politeness to be perceived as friendly. I can recommend the food, but for me they are just too rude.

Food always great, ordered almost every week. Unfortunately a star deduction because suddenly our zip code is no longer in the delivery area (40723) we are very, very sad and hope that this will be changed again!

Ordered Essem through Liferando. Instead of 50 minutes, the delivery took 115 minutes. When asked where the order was left, it was only on the way. When the food came there was not even an excuse but the driver was moaning that it had to go up. I only give the one star because the ordered gyros was still warm and tasted good. The salami pizza I ordered wasn't even lukewarm and the dough wasn't quite through. After the first piece that only tasted like dough and spices. Not edible, so I disposed of them. That was my first and last order.

Very rude staff. The owner in particular is very unfriendly to customers. In addition, unfortunately there is absolutely no attention to hygiene there and I have often noticed that the staff smoked in the snack bar. Not even worth a star. I cannot recommend this shop. There are many better alternatives in Langenfeld, where you also feel welcome as a customer.
