Physio practice, which in my opinion is particularly geared towards athletes. After I overloaded my shoulder joints on both sides as a 50-year-old athlete with too much training, I was helped a lot here. Although a physiotherapist is still quite young, she has talent for the job and apparently knows what she is doing.
I found the coordination between a physiotherapist and a sports club trainer particularly helpful. I have been shown exercises with the fitness band for at home and I got tips on what and how I can continue to train (unfortunately no more :-( bench press)
Paul Hützen is a professional. Not only his career as a hammer thrower is impressive, but rather his love for a healthy body. With his experience, he trains people on a completely new level. His physio practice is the perfect addition if the body does not take part. Great team, great spirit!
