I canceled an appointment because I wasn't doing well on a Sunday. Because of Corona and the whole story, I thought I wouldn't take any risks and cancel the appointment as a precaution. Should also be in the interest of practice. Wrong thought! After just 2 days, I received a private bill because I had not reported 24 hours in advance. I wasn't feeling bad then! Suddenly a feeling of illness occurs, but this is not taken seriously here. The main thing is to get your money for the canceled appointment. Whether a patient comes to the practice with a virus does not seem to matter at all! I came to every appointment on time. Punishing a customer / patient like this because you want to exercise caution and protect other people is simply completely wrong and has absolutely nothing to do with good customer service! No goodwill or the like is granted here! The physiotherapist who treated me was very friendly, unlike the boss, and did various exercises with me! The massages could have been a bit stronger in parts. ;) The ladies at the front desk were always very friendly. However, due to the boss's impossible handling, I cannot recommend this company. Of course everyone has to earn their money, but if you cancel at short notice due to illness and then immediately receive a private bill, you cannot assume that a customer will come back or even recommend someone!
