Ms. Thyssen was very unfriendly and did not really address my problem. In addition, her cat (who has just come from the street) was walking around on the massage table that I had to lie down on. Ms. Thyssen only lifted the cat down but then neither cleaned nor disinfected the bed. I hope Ms. Thyssen reads this and sees it as a constructive criticism to learn from the mistakes, because she was very annoyed on the phone and simply hung up.
