Just one day after the first telephone contact, Mr. Gross came to a preliminary talk to get a personal impression. I immediately liked his courteous, friendly and down-to-earth manner. He took the time to explain unclear processes and responded to us. A few days later the offer arrived in the mail. The pricing seemed realistic, the offer detailed and understandable. After the order was placed, work began quickly. The team is friendly and reliable. The work was of high quality and completed with a high level of service. The construction site was then carefully tidied up and cleaned. In conclusion, I can say that this roofing company exceeded my expectations and did the job absolutely professionally. Kudos.

I have already placed a number of orders with Groß & Rinaldi. A chimney repair on my parents' house (the price was then 2/3 of the offer, because during the work they found that less had to be done than feared), the roof overhang on my house was lengthened and the roof boxes were slated (and at the same time Glued a broken slate for free, which is still holding after 8 years ..), they renovated and renewed the entire roof of my stepmother. I also called Groß & Rinaldi when a small ridge tile flew away due to a storm and when I asked after 3 days when they would replace it, it was already done and covered by the insurance company. Last year we replaced our 3 roof windows from Velux and also wanted to have 2 more installed one floor higher. Mr. Gross came, advised us, we discussed and then received a rough cost estimate in advance. The subsequent fixed price offer was meticulously detailed, the duration of the work was pre-estimated and all possible risks involved in replacing windows were pointed out. The deadline for 2 months was met, the exchange windows were so perfect that only a silicone joint had to be drawn, the team is super nice and accommodating. You can give them the key and go on vacation without bad thoughts. And on top of that, they brought me drywall material and carried it to the attic without charging anything. The same applies to a vapor barrier that was not included in the order because I don't know the details of the roofing business. And just in case, I was left with tape for the film in case something went wrong with my own work. More is not possible... But: One afternoon in June, just before the rain, I noticed that a roof tile was not positioned correctly. I called Mr Rinaldi, who, despite his vacation, is standing on the roof in casual clothes 20 minutes later, setting the pan and doesn't even want a coffee. These are business partners I won't let go! Price is a not insignificant thing, but the overall package is more important.
