Very friendly and nice staff! We had problems with the invoice when we returned the car in Frankfurt. (Too many kilometers were calculated)! We then called the Sixt branch in Kevelaer (Mrs. Boers) and she took care of the problem! As expected, the problem was dealt with to our full satisfaction! Many Thanks!

The car was not clean and employee grumpy as what, after comment, the lady did not want to arrange this either. Worst experience at sixt so far unfortunately ...
