The DKF performance is overwhelming. My parents are so excited they almost forced me to rate here! Unfortunately, both of my parents are in wheelchairs and often have to be driven to see a doctor. DKF is really amazing! The ladies on the phone are over-friendly. The drivers are always there 5 minutes earlier and fulfill almost every wish of my parents 😉 I would like to thank the entire DKF team again on behalf of my parents and I will definitely recommend them all over Kleve.

For 2 weeks I use this car service during trips to radiotherapy. The staff are always very friendly, a short-term trip is possible at any time. Otherwise, the times for therapy are adhered to punctually. The advantage of the usual taxi for me is that the drivers wait for me during the irradiation and I can drive home without delay. Due to a spinal injury is always taken into account with respect to the driving style. Thus, I am completely satisfied with the local company and would recommend it at any time.

I can only give you very positive feedback. Always on time and correct in everything. Thanks to the employees who took care of my mother after her accident. You are our No. 1 team! Keep up the good work and don't let the fakes get you down. Blasphemy is easy, even setting something up can never be done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

First I had another ambulance company I was very dissatisfied with. This is the first time I've been on the road with the German Ambulance Service and I'm totally amazed at how different companies can be. The driver personally picked you up at the front door. I can only say that I am very satisfied with the DKF so far and I am looking forward to the further trips.

My grandma had to be transported. When they arrived and noticed that the elevator was broken, my grandma was taken to the apartment. For me that is service. Thank you again !! 👍 Great
