Excellent! Here you get help quickly and well. Also very familiar and nice! I had my bike again after a day. The problem was recognized from the start and handled professionally.
One star is still too many
My granddaughter (13 years old) came to the workshop of "Zweirad Peters" with her bike that came from the local lost property office because the lighting was not working.
After a disdainful look at the bike, she was greeted with the words: "Go where it was bought!" sent away.
Fortunately, there is no helpful two-wheeler dealer 200 m away; "Zweirad Michalik" who checked the lighting and installed a new dynamo. The best thing is, the whole thing only cost 9 €.
Our conclusion: In the future we will avoid this shop and go to the competition.

I do not recommend. He sells damaged parts and then claims it is not the fault of the parts but the bike.
I picked up my bike there after a repair and actually had to look around for two new bikes but the boss was absolutely not customer-friendly and outrageous. Will buy or have it repaired somewhere else in the future. There is not only this shop nearby.
