Highly recommended for disabled people using wheelchairs and walking aids. There’s a wheelchair-friendly route and other facilities such as information in braille. For able-bodied people it’s not worth it because there are better, larger areas of heath nearby that get less crowded (and where there’s less risk of your car getting scratched by a mobility aid).

Beautiful circular route around the Angelbecksteich. Barrier-free and provided with signs showing the flora and fauna. Gladly again and again 👍😀

A nicely arranged destination. Toilet, trash can and information board at the parking lot. Suitable for an overnight stay with the motorhome.

Unfortunately totally overcrowded on weekends. But otherwise a very idyllic place!

I love this place. The reason for the pond is sad (forest edge catastrophe 1975), but it is worth visiting this beautifully landscaped pond and the surrounding area.
