After a very positive, personal initial contact and agreements on the negotiated offer with a subsequent commissioning, the tide unfortunately turned very negative. The announced dates for the agreements on the planned start of work were not met. After several dozen calls, another colleague from the company called to say that they are currently in arrears and cannot agree on an exact date. It was only agreed that the Jacobs company would contact itself again in 10 days. This agreement was also not kept and it took several dozen calls and 10 more days until another colleague finally answered. This made us extremely dissatisfied, but after the good first impression, we approached the matter in good faith at the time. After a start date had finally been found with a delay of more than three weeks, we relied on it and organized other trades. Two weeks later and one week before the planned start date, the Jacobs company called us again and canceled the planned date and put us back into the unknown. After several calls were assigned, another number was dialed to call. Unfortunately, this conversation was once again anything but successful and also unfortunately very outrageous, so that the Jacobs company simply ended the conversation after less than a minute. Then the decision was made to stop working with Jacobs !! There is nothing worse for any builder, entrepreneur or other business partner to hire an unreliable roofing company like Jacobs !!!
