We have contacted KBHT regarding our upcoming emigration to Spain. Unfortunately, it appears that KBHT despite contact office in Spain has little expertise in this area and is also not very willing to get involved in the matter. Some aspects, such as the taxation of the fictitious rent on self-owned property were only examined and confirmed on our notice. The whole consultation also took a disproportionately long time (3 months). The obtained knowledge could have been researched in about 1 hour on the Internet. We would have expected a little more. When it comes to emigration, this is definitely the wrong address
