One must always wait 30 minutes until somebody shows up. The office is always empty. There is no sit where one can wait, one must stand up and wait for 30 minutes straight. It's awful! After that the service is OK.

Asked question on their web support, the agent had no time to answer and was very quick to leave. Answered two questions, was asking about rental pricing and suddenly (Agent Name Maria) left the chat. I think this is very bad way of doing business to not even listen to customer and leave the conversation. It'd rather be nice to not even offer such support if you can not deal with customers patiently.

This is the last shop. Saturday gave the car key to the Aral petrol station and the gentlemen calculated until Monday. My company always orders the cars there and there are always problems. Sometimes the car is not there, sometimes a different one than ordered. I'd rather go to SIXT, pay a little more and have the finest service!

Bad !!! To save yourself trouble, book somewhere else !! 1. Reserved a large sprinter for Tuesday on Saturday. Monday call that you do not know how to book because this type of vehicle is not available. Then reserved on Tuesday for the week following on Tuesday. On Tuesday the pick-up day 3 hours before the call that the smaller Sprinter booked is not available. Then you will be directed to Düsseldorf Reisholz at 5 p.m. that you can pick it up there. After a call shortly before 4 p.m. in Reisholz, the vehicle is not available. That’s just kidding what Europcar does. Unreliable unsafe not recommended. Europcar headquarters are not interested either, since the last word probably has the stations on site and there is nothing to be done. Never again !!!!!

Cars ordered with towbar. There was no towbar at handover. It was overlooked. All my expensive planning and organization for the day for free because the requirements were not read correctly. Thank goodness I could get something suitable at short notice from another company nearby, otherwise a rented trailer and a crane (!) Would have been free. One has to thank the gentleman of Europcar that he tried to find a solution quickly, but did not fully understand that I actually needed a trailer hitch and not a truck, big teansporter or the like. He was friendly, but he didn't seem really concerned. Next time I will probably go straight to the competition around the corner.
