Airport transfer ordered for a return flight. Called again in wise foresight and asked if everything was okay. "Yes, of course, there and back at the agreed price" The driver who drove us in the night was punctual and friendly. He made a note of the phone number and the flight number (!!!) so that we didn't have to wait long. The result is that we were standing at the airport in Düsseldorf and there was no car to pick us up. After waiting 30 minutes, we called headquarters and it was clear - we were simply forgotten! Maybe the "Sürder Group" should organize you a little, it doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Less is sometimes more. Cobbler, ... One thing is clear, I would strongly advise against Taxi Sürder for appointments! PS. The driver, who was then sent with the words "will be there in 15 minutes" was of course NOT there during this time, but made up for it with his friendly manner.

Last year we had an online airport transfer to DUS for 3:30 a.m. at a fixed price, payable by credit card, confirmation came by e-mail. At 3:45 a.m. there was still no car and when I was asked by phone I was told that we had been forgotten but someone would come straight away. That was of course not the case ... After further calls, a taxi finally came around 04:25 a.m., obviously from another company, commissioned by Sürder, and unfortunately the driver did not know the way to the airport ... : Finally arrived at the airport at 5 a.m., payment by credit card was of course not possible either ... Such a company shouldn't really exist anymore ...
