It used to be quite good, but since the Neuss site was given up and everything is now running from Cologne, nothing really works anymore. Had to wait, no information, poor availability. It doesn't work anymore. Neuss has been given up by DKF without a sound :(

I have been driving with DKF for 1 week always on time and friendly whether driver or at the headquarters. . You feel in good hands.

I had a total of 2 return trips for an outpatient operation in the hospital. The drivers were always punctual, friendly and reliable. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the trips. That's why I like to give 5 stars :-)

I am more than satisfied! The drivers are always very friendly and accommodating. Every trip was punctual and 100% reliable. I can only recommend the team. Before I came to the DKF, I have my experiences with some ambulance transport. However, I was never satisfied. The others came much late and I could not take my appointments on time. Since I have contacted the DKF, I can take my appointment on time and you will be picked up again on time. I'm really glad that there is the DKF and that they are so reliable.
