Fast, easy appointments, friendly staff, lightning-fast and almost invisible repairs! In addition, all protective measures are adhered to in an exemplary manner. Great service, with great pleasure (although hopefully not too soon) again!

Very bad service, despite making an appointment online and confirming it by email, I was informed on site that there were no more appointments available. Maybe if I had all day they could fix them. Why does the company offer an online appointment arrangement, if you are instructed on site? After consulting my insurance company, they also confirmed that I had problems with Carglass. I can only say: never again.

You hang on the hotline forever. No direct telephone connection possible. The windshield should not be replaced because, according to the template, the falling rocks would not be a viewing window. Although a Dekra report was available. Very funny. Workshop binding has been removed from my insurance directly and now it only goes directly to VW partners.
