The concept is well thought out, the implementation can still be worked on. The system was overrun by the Corona period, so I think it's more difficult. You can also give a deposit, I think it's great, but please keep working on your processes

I think the general concept is really great and was very satisfied with the variety of products. However, I find it very strange that you can only pay "immediately" (regular direct debit is also possible, which somehow doesn't always work). With the "immediate" payment you have to enter the complete bank details and also the PIN. Sorry, but whoever does that can't have them all. I will never enter my PIN on any page in my life. Nowadays it shouldn't be too difficult to offer a few more transparent payment methods. Or to ensure that direct debit works properly.

I'm just a bit amazed ...... only saw one vehicle coming through the 30s zone with us (even if these vehicles are supposedly not fast) and luckily I was able to avoid the picnic driver who apparently me did not notice at all. I can understand that you are under stress ... But please don't. Kidneyhofstrasse 9 p.m.

I registered about 1 week ago and initially thought: Ok, you give Picnic a chance. But when the app still says after about 1 week of waiting that I am in place 792 and Picnic told me that they cannot give any information about when it is my turn, I uninstalled the app and will Picnic now write an email that you can delete my data immediately! Then I will continue to order online from Rewe. Picnic can't really deal with customer criticism and doesn't really respond to them!

I'm lost for words!!! I ordered from PicNic for the first time and made a bulk purchase straight away .. Every single product arrived undamaged, all types of fruit and vegetables were more than fresh and everything was carried to my doorstep even though I live on the 3rd floor !! !!!!!!!!! The supplier was super friendly and has definitely adhered to the hygiene regulations ... Thank you very much, dear PicNic team .. Always with great pleasure!
