worst service ever, cashier and manager were quite rude.

You get 5-fold coupon, and looking forward to shopping, while paying Mrs Sevim says ...: only for a small amount ("that's what she knows") so she takes that out. I only bought 10 hand cream and some face masks, everything others in smaller quantity .... I am DM customer for 10 years, unfortunately never heard of it. Either the staff of the other branches are lacking sufficient training, or is she the only lady who points out to me after 10 years. But generally she was so unfriendly, that you would not like to shop there again.

Although I have found the product, nevertheless, the cashier has been hanging all the time while cashier on the phone. Then she did not get out a "good day". Customer friendliness is different.

Advertise with free additional items (hand cream) and then they don't have it.
