They never answer the phone. Terrible customer service!! I dropped off my car on Thursday so they could fix it on Friday for the scheduled service. It’s Wednesday now and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to know the status of my car. The car should’ve been fixed by now!!

Paid 1500€ for them to fix the wrong thing, got quoted an additional 2000€ to fix the thing they should have fixed to begin with only to be called 14 days later for them to try to gouge another1500€ from me to fix something I didn't ask them to do.

Good and friendly service

At the beginning, for advice and for buying / selling the old / new car, everything went great .. Almost too good to be real .. Shortly afterwards: delivery delay of more than 2 months, invoices that did not match the signed contract, wrong cars foreign license plate posted from the account. I've owned the car for almost 8 months now. 3 weeks ago, I called the workshop. The master was no longer in the house. They asked for license plates, names, callback numbers and a description of the problem. It was assured that they would take care of the matter and call back during the week .. Now 3 weeks have passed, no callback, the problem with the car still exists .. In sales and advice, very friendly .. Everything that follows after signing is simply a disaster

Excellent advice, flexible solutions and customer orientation determine the sales pitch. Serious offers have been made. Overall, highly recommended.
