I had given a watch to the rep. This was also processed accordingly. Unfortunately, I no longer had the amount of € 18 in cash with me and asked for card payment (EC card). However, this was rejected because the amount was too low and the fees were too high. If I am willing to pay € 25, I can also use a card. Ok, so far so good .... So I had to bank to get money. At 3 ° C and hail I would have spared my customers this route. Not so in this shop on Oberstrasse. Another watch should be repaired. The crown is broken. The delivery time takes several months, so you do not run the brand anymore .... I found the crown on the Internet at a wholesaler. Delivery time two days !!!!! I was also disappointed for a third watch that needed a new bracelet. Although you run the brand (shop window) you have no matching bracelets and I would have to wait for the representative to come. Then I would have to be flexible and have time when the representative comes. However, you do not know exactly when it will come before ..... Thank you for your effort!
