At the Rheinparkcenter Neuss the employees are very nice and helpful, give lots of tips and help you a lot. Also pay close attention to the hygiene measures. I can recommend shopping there to everyone. 👍🏼🤍

Today I asked a very nice employee for advice on golden hoops. As always, the advice was very friendly and competent. My expectations are met with every visit. All the girls in this branch are very helpful and accommodating. I can only recommend this branch!

Very large selection of wedding rings. The advice was very detailed and cordial. It has taken a lot of time to ensure that we are satisfied, we have found our dream rings. We will be back.

I'll come straight to the point. The lady who was there on Friday, October 23rd, 2020 didn't go at all! The tone she put down that day was just a cheek! The lady spoke to me in a very arrogant and detached tone. Obviously had a problem answering questions and was completely annoyed by my presence. I cannot understand all of these positive reviews. I will definitely not shop here anymore, I will not have to accept that!
