Top service: due to a machine setting error, the individual engraving on a bracelet pendant was unsuccessful. Dere not only covered the cost of the new trailer, but also procured it independently from the jeweler. After the new trailer had been engraved, it was brought to me personally at my own expense - all of this on the same evening within just two hours. I can therefore only recommend the company and customer service as well as the work done (engraving). Thank you so much!
