Food came an hour late. Pizza tastes like the sole of a shoe! Never order here !!

Food was full of filth
I would never order there again.
It should be there after half an hour. After several calls, the food was delivered lukewarm after 2 hours. The supplier made an extremely loud phone call on his hands-free system at two o'clock in the morning and hardly paid us any attention.
I would love to not even give a star. During the week we ordered at 11 p.m. and the delivery time was displayed as 29 minutes. after an hour I received an email that the delivery had been made, although nothing had arrived. Called and they told us that the driver just left?!?! after one hour! After another 35 minutes, nothing again. called there again. and ROTZFRECH yes we have a lot to do eat is on the way. No apology, no understanding NIX. Then I said that we were told 35 minutes ago that the driver was going, is he coming on foot? A bike would definitely be there.
The gentleman on the phone was unfriendly and pretended that the customer was to blame (which it was when he ordered there, because it's really your fault when you order there). Catastrophe. I don't recommend it to anyone FINGER WEG
Ordered there again today with my partner. Food was punctual and hot as always, but above all it was delicious. Supplier was nice and friendly. Great value for money.
