I have been here before and the last time it was a 5 star experience with great customer service. This time it was not. I had my tires put on by a different company. They broke one of my tps sensors and replaced it with one that they went and bought from jakobs. Instructed me to go to jakobs to have it the code scanned into for free (cant scan it when not installed and they didnt have the upgraded OBDII reader to do it). I called ahead to this location and was instructed to show up at 10 last thursday. When I did I was immediately scoffed at after explaining the situation and the literally said "well if it doesnt have the code you have to buy a new one" and after explaining how it works (very simple) he scoffed again and said it is not doable. Keep in mind I already organized this ahead of time and confirmed that they had the tool required and a guy there who knee how to use it. So I got him to talk to the mechanic and then he turned around and said that it was impossible (100% is not) had the birkenfeld jakobs call him they explained it. And then he told me that I would have to go somewhere else to get the job done. If you read this far you understand my frustration. Inconvenient, bad customer service (rude from the beginning), and very unprofessional. Personally think they need a training to leard how to use a OBDII scanner 🙃
