I was a Rehafit customer for more than ten years. I got massages for ten tickets - mostly from the same masseur - every Wednesday morning in order to keep myself able to work despite my hunched back. During the last five years I drove to Mönchengladbach and Krefeld and turned down a job four years ago that I couldn't have come to on Wednesday mornings. The massages were almost always very pleasant and helpful! Last Wednesday, during the last massage of a block of ten, the masseur was asked to tell me that this was the last massage I would get at Rehafit. There was no one to speak of those responsible. An employee informed me that due to a lack of staff for economic reasons, I had been dumped from now on after ten years, because you could earn more with other applications. Would you like to be treated where long-term customers are treated like this?

I am very satisfied. Good organization and I had a super nice and competent physical therapist. I am a patient here since I was in second grade and would not want to go anywhere else. Every time it was top.
