My son is autistic and goes not only to the Ergo but also to the logo we never had problems even if it really is not otherwise (eg ill) you can talk with the staff. My son loves it and always enjoys going there

For the therapist, if I could, I would give out 10 stars to 99% of the rest of the team. However, from today on I am terribly appalled by the way I deal with you. I had to cancel my son's appointment on Tuesday (3:50 p.m.) due to gastrointestinal problems. It should be noted that the symptoms did not start until the night from Monday to Tuesday. I called the practice at 8:30 a.m. Today I received a friendly letter that I would be billed privately for the appointment at 38 € (for less than 30 minutes of therapy time). When I called to ask why I was charged for the appointment, even though I had canceled, it said that I canceled too late. The appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. I would be interested in how you can cancel an appointment due to illness if you are not sick at the time. Or is it desirable in practice that the gastrointestinal virus spreads there? (It is also worth mentioning that many elderly people as well as small children are among the patients and that gastrointestinal infections can be very dangerous for them) Such a deal is not only the last thing, it cannot be based on any legal basis. I will seek legal counsel and definitely end physiotherapy at the Neuss rehab, although we wanted to add an Ergo to physiotherapy from October. I am sorry for Ms. Goller who did an excellent job!

I have bad experience. With ergotherapy. Just nothing!!! Taermin has 10 min. lasted. Have decided to go to another practice because occupational therapists are unprofessional, space is primitive, on the first appointment unfortunately my signature is written for treatment, but they have not given me my prescriptions. Do you want to rip off payment from health insurance. For nothing? Did I have an appointment with the child? But is impudence. Looks mean. Appointment lasts from 8:00 to 8:10! Never again! In health insurance Beschrerdebrief is available.
