You should be ashamed and think about it!

Physiotherapy was prescribed by our pediatrician. The recommended practice was unfortunately fully booked so that I had to look for another practice. I was allowed to come to the Kuppa practice spontaneously and introduce my son. I was very happy because I wanted the man us help my son had a deformed head (favorite site) and was a little lazy to move I didn't know more when the first treatment started in December I was glad that the little man was 3 months old at that time. At some point it struck me as strange that nothing changes in the treatment or new exercises, it was the same all the time because I needed a new prescription anyway, I talked to my pediatrician about it, who then agreed to me, unfortunately for too long waited and trusted that the lady already knew how her job works, he also thought it was funny that nothing got any better. How do we agree that I would call the other practice again. So he gave me a new recipe and I called the other practice where I called first and they spontaneously gave me an appointment, where I was first told what my son really has, namely weak muscles that need training showed me exercises that start at 3 months. But the lady had only done the same thing with my son all the time and then wanted to explain to me that my son had to be treated until he crawled !!! I am just pissed off the practice would like to make money only at the expense of a small baby !!!! Ultimately, we have now found good practice that helps us further. I just hope that many read this message and do not fall for it. I just think we would have gotten a place right now, maybe I could have saved my son this. Thank you for nothing !!! And unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to evaluate because for me the practice gets 0 stars!
