Top! Kurzfristig angefragt und alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Eine sehr freundliche und kompetente junge Dame hat mich bedient. Meine persönliche Situation wurde berücksichtigt und der Service war wirklich weit, sehr weit über dem Durchschnitt! Kaum zu glauben das es so etwas noch gibt! We broke down on Friday evening in the middle of the autobahn. We have a so-called "mobility guarantee" through the insurance. This gave us the right to a rental car. We asked the insurance company for the fastest possible delivery of the car to the workshop that was stranded after it had been towed successfully. The insurance company predicted a waiting time of 2 hours to be completely normal. Enterprise Lüdenscheid, especially the gentleman and lady who took care of the car that day, gave everything and were able to bring the car to the workshop only 30 minutes later. The gentleman even helped me to pack the suitcases from our car into the rental car. The lady showed me the car in a very pleasant and calm way. Everything is very friendly, transparent and timely. I felt very well taken care of. It couldn't have gone better! Thank you very much again :) Keep it up!!

Uncomplicated! Top service! Since we had an accident almost 2 weeks ago, we had to rely on a rental car. Getting this was a lot easier than initially feared. Although it was already late, I had a very pleasant and friendly phone call with a gentleman who, despite the time, was even able to guarantee me a car with delivery on the same day. A little later there was another phone call with a young lady to inform them of the arrival time. Also very nice. A little later a Tippitoppi car was handed over. Everything is very uncomplicated and quick. Many thanks to the small family with children, who brought us the car on the same evening and who even came from far away.
