I always enjoy coming back here for shopping. The shop is clean and tidy. The branch manager and the employees are very nice and willing to help. 🙂

The staff at Rossmann are extremely friendly and helpful. Even if some customers think they should be condescending to saleswomen. Incredible! The organic range is great. We all like to go there.

Unfortunately, I cannot report anything positive here. After a telephone request for a product, I was informed very unfriendly that I cannot get any information now. I should call again in 10 minutes, since the MA cannot run through the whole camp. I cannot confirm the customer friendliness described in the reviews.
