SIXT Autovermietung Bochum

I Was charged 500 euro for a return fee as a luxury car whilst they have me the free upgrade for the luxury car I had booked a normal car ? while they told me on the phone it’s only 20+ euro to return to a different location ,I was only paying 300 euro for the rental but 500 for return ? Where is the logic in this , it’s corona time and people are having problems with funds an this company is robbing its customers ? I been a loyal customer for many years and rent frequently from Sixt . I will no longer rent from this company it’s a joke I can’t believe they did this to me , I own a luxury rent a car company in Dubai and I will not do this to my clients ! I cannot believe this DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT I will also advise all my clients not to rent from Sixt

I am very pleased with the proffessionalism of the staff. They were efficient and clear. No problems to speak in English to us and even gave us some greetings in Spanish.

Was there with someone renting a truck and the customer service was excellent. I was impressed by sense for details of the staffer who took us to where the truck was parked. The truck was new and performed well through our trip with it.

Very professional, fast check in, very friendly staff. Took sufficient time to make me accustomed with the vehicle. Close to the railway station. Would rent here again.
