Nice place to rent helpful staff with English knowledge

Really rude and unfriendly staff

Caution advised even with minor scratches before taking out your rental car. They charge you for old ones. The agency car park is also used by non-rental motorists. Retrieved by chance a photo of the rental car with the scratch one hour after taking out the car. SO BE WISE WITH THAT STAFF.

The supervisor was very unfriendly and impatient. She kept interrupting our conversation and did not respect the customer’s right. I spent 3 hours at their centre just to settle the car rental. Don’t ever rent car from them.
