I would never go to this place again. They refuse to rent a car to us with a valid EU ID and the corresponding driving license, stating that it is not possible to rent a car unless I demonstrate with a document from the city hall that I do live in Bochum. The same company, at Dusseldorf Airport, was renting to me several months ago with no problem.

Friendly staff and decent cars available for affordable prices. The cars may not be brand new or well equipped as other rental services. But I was 1.5 hours late to pick up my car and they held the reservation till then. Cannot possibly expect the same from other places. Possible to return the car even when the office is closed. Would love to rent again in the future.

I had reserved and paid a car in advance, BUT never got the car I paid for, very bad service, zero respect for customers, never more for this company. I never had as bad service as here, I will never recommend anyone to rent a car here, definitely not German standard and no German service level, zero quality and zero service.

Exceptionally unfriendly for foreign customers. Did not accept my driver license because it was in English and not German. Funny enough, I rented a car a week before with the same license at Buchbinder in Berlin. Keep out.
