Worst experience ever in Car rental. I paid online for a prestige five seater saloon. However I arrive and was told the car has been given to someone else which means I will have to take the only available car, a citroen minivan... The representative was very unhelpful and didn't even have the courtesy to look for a similar car in other branches. I was stuck with no car and had to pay for other means of transport. Never hiring from hertz again.

I book vehicles here via the ADAC, the last vehicle in January 2020 was a Mondeo station wagon and it was also made available to me. The service is courteous and very friendly, i.e. as it should be, solid advice on various additional packages included, as well as a good handover of the vehicle. The vehicle was in excellent condition and clean. About 5 liters were missing in the tank, which is a common trick among different rental companies. Unfortunately, no vehicle was available at the beginning of February, which I very much regret. So I can only give a positive recommendation for the employees and the service there.

Book, if possible, only through this branch !! Professionals work here and everything is as it should be !! Everything perfect!

Contrary to what you imagine, but okay. Looked a bit chaotic but we picked up the car just before the end of the opening hours.
