Brief reason; Since I am there two or three times a day, both professionally and privately, I can only recommend coming there in the morning hours, the girl who serves there daily during the time, I can only say great and she deserves 5 stars, always friendly, helpful and very committed. Even if the phone goes on and she has customers with a coffee order at the same time, she can still serve other customers and is still very friendly and takes care of every single customer. Multitasking is child's play for them. In the whole 5 years that I've been a customer there, this employee is the only one where you can tell that she really enjoys the job. On no visit have I ever seen her rude to a customer. Some time ago it was a while that she just came across as sad, but even then she was friendly and very helpful to the customers, you could only see that something was not going well with her during that time. The operator should look to find more of such capable and friendly staff. Even the mother of an acquaintance, who otherwise always had to refuel with her son, because she herself has 90% stiff fingers due to illness, has been going back to refueling on her own for a few months now, because the girl there also helps directly even if she visits Time is there all alone. That's what I call customer-oriented, where the customer is really still king. Everything else on staff who is employed there in the evening does what it should and works from customer to customer as quickly as possible, but nothing more. At least most of them are friendly. As for the morning and afternoon employees there, I can only say, if at all possible, you should avoid the gas station during this time. In the morning you often have the feeling that you are bothering the lady with other things where customers have no place, you are served with a slightly annoyed voice and if you do not see that you let the good lady her peace again, then you will one simply conditioned unfriendly, so that one sees by himself that everything is done quickly and to get away. Whereby this lady is not the worst there in terms of staff, the lady who serves every day in the afternoon during the week, I can't find any words about that, rude loud and only moaning around. You shouldn't expect to get annoyed quickly and patience there. No matter which customer is served, she makes sure that every single one goes out there in a bad mood. So far, I've only heard bad things about this lady from employees and friends. In the meantime, the operator has acted there, since yesterday the girl who was there in the morning served alone in the afternoon. However, it could also have only been due to illness or vacation because the lady was not there. Which I personally hope not. Otherwise the shop is clean, has everything a gas station needs.
