Because you are on my way to work, I often come by. In most cases, the employees are friendly, at least not unfriendly. I often get the feeling that even though nothing is going on, the employees are under incredible time pressure. Everything happens in complete hectic and unrest. During my last visit, there were difficulties with the card payment and the employee did not even notice that the card reader was not working properly. I spoke to her, but she didn't respond to me at all. I had to repeat the card payment several times until I decided to use a different bank card. I was hoping for some customer friendliness and help. A restart of the device or something ... Immediately afterwards I drove to the neighboring Sparkasse and checked my EC card. Withdrawing cash was not a problem and even then I had no payment problems with my EC card. A defect in your device can not be ruled out and the behavior of your employee, arouses a very uncomfortable situation for your customers.

Everything was clean and staff was super nice.
