I can highly recommend this gas station, friendly staff and good service. Always fill up there when I'm in the Ruhr area.

The new normal has gone to the head of the employees on site and they have probably found pleasure in the position of power. People who cannot wear an "everyday mask" for medical reasons are discriminated against and threatened with alleged fines or the police. The sound makes the music, yelling at customers is a no go. There are people who cannot wear a face mask for medical reasons. This is also in the Corona regulations of all sixteen federal states. Perhaps the operators should check with the Aral legal department again if they do not understand the paragraphs. Before the New Normal, my family and I enjoyed being customers there for the past 10 years. In general, we only refuel at Aral, unless we are abroad. They probably don't care anyway and our absence doesn't make them poorer, but we'll never refuel there again. I don't know whether this is company policy or an individual case. I only had positive experiences at another Aral petrol station and experienced more empathy from the staff. There you had more understanding and you could keep your distance and pay by card behind the plexi wall.

Totally unfriendly staff, no good day and nothing of aggressive. I should leave the shop where I asked to be a bit friendlier and it was threatened that I should rather take care because the boss was in front of me. Incredibly, customer satisfaction is not the top priority ...
