Fridays at noon on the autobahn towards a holiday with a caravan: Gearbox damage to our car. Back home as good as we could We needed a rental car with a trailer hitch at extremely short notice. The staff at Buchbinder Herne, who was friendly from the first telephone contact to processing, immediately tried to help us - first took our concern and made an absolutely reasonable offer . After an hour we had our rental car with clutch with enough power for the Wowa. Thumbs up and vacation saved. Had (since no experience to date. Various car rental companies in our city called at the same time. There was really the "whole range" from "completely impossible at such short notice, but I don't even bother looking at the computer") to "It's Friday noon and a customer threatens with an order and may even want to rent a car." Even if the car had not been available so quickly, the customer experience and the feeling of being taken seriously someone takes care of the problem and tries everything to solve it. In our case this is probably the "small", but more than "subtle" difference to some of our competitors. Should we need a rental vehicle again, then this is our first address / contact point
