After a flat tire this morning in Bochum, Mercedes Benz 24h Service installed the emergency wheel and after a previous phone call with Ms. Koch, drove directly to Seyfert.
From the first to the last minute I was looked after in a very friendly manner and I was given immediate and uncomplicated help and two tires were replaced.
All employees were friendly and helpful and Ms. Koch really did her best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
For this, the warmest thanks and absolute, unreserved recommendation.
I would be a customer here again at any time.

In the event of a flat tire, we received help incredibly quickly, competently, cheaply and very friendly. So what was actually an annoying breakdown turned into a really nice experience.

Company vehicles are converted from summer to winter tires. The same game from winter to summer tires in spring ... Smooth process with a waiting time of a good 30 minutes per vehicle ... All the best ... 👍

Despite regular customers, the emergency situation was shamelessly exploited and usury prices were taken. When it came to the question of how expensive it would be to mount 2 tires and rebalance all 4, it cannot be said yet. Must be discussed with the boss.
Result: € 100.00 for two third-party tires on 22 inch wheels and 4 x balancing.
