Absolutely unfriendly boss! I only want to sell you the most expensive because, according to him, it has "quality", that's all well and good, but that's why I won't have a toilet installed for almost € 4,000! At the request of the exchange of a radiator, 2 fitters came with first a completely wrong, then with a totally smacked radiator! It was smoked in the living quarters without asking and not even drilling dust was removed! CONCLUSION: Absolutely incompetent company and money-hungry, snooty and unfriendly boss with employees who have even less knowledge of their craft than him! FINGERS OFF THE COMPANY! ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!

Not always perfect work, but in the event of complaints, errors are quickly rectified. So I'm very happy. With other companies (also at Castroper) you have a lot more problems and a poor customer service

We can recommend the company Mordau after completed bath renovation only further. From the timetable to the implementation of the planned work, everything has been implemented super. The staff were very professional, friendly and just good. We wish Mr. Mordau with family and colleagues a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
