Were there because of a bad allergic disease. The entire face was swollen, the family doctor says we should go to the hospital as soon as possible because the tongue could swell soon and then there is a Erstickungsgefahr. Once there, we waited 4 hours in the emergency room until we were admitted to hospital. At the station we were told to wait for the blood results before we can be helped. After another 2 hours in which we waited we were told by the senior physician that they can not help us and we are released. Were almost simply put in front of the door although an allergic shock could have been possible and choking hazard existed. We do not set foot in this clinic and the staff and station were unfriendly. Absolutely unimaginable!

I have been here for the second time. Once because of neurological disease and a few days ago because of a stroke suspicion. The doctors and nurses are simply incomparable. Everyone is very involved at all times. The doctor has taken a lot of time and explained to me all the background, results and further action. The senior physician was also always informed and came to the visit. Ergotherapy and Physio were on board the very next day. There were many tests done in a short time! The staff is very competent and has created a really pleasant atmosphere. I hope that I do not have to go to the KH so fast but I would go back here anytime! Many thanks for everything!

I spent several days on neurology in Idar-Oberstein. The nurses and nurses were very accommodating and always had an open ear for the patients. Just like the doctors. Tests were quickly initiated and a corresponding diagnosis made and, of course, also treated. Had it not been a hospital, I would have said that I felt comfortable there ... in any case, I felt very well cared for and treated !! Everyone was very nice, whether on the ward or in the EEG, MRT, etc., I have to emphasize that. If you were sometimes afraid, e.g. the MRI dealt with one directly and solutions were sought or the fears were taken away. The beds were very comfortable and everything was cleaned every day and was accordingly clean. The food was definitely okay for a hospital. Every day there was a soup, salad, main course and a small dessert. The only negative was that you sometimes had to wait uncertainly for examinations in the room because no times or dates could be given. That was not really bad for me! In summary, I felt in good hands there and looked after !!
