I don't like the attitude of the guards in Douglas, they keep on following you or putting negative looks on you as soon as you try ANYTHING from the store as if you're a thief. This is not acceptable in any way, this is why I switched for Sephora, where no one really bothers their clients, and the staff is nice like it's supposed to be on the first place!

Very friendly and nice service. Not pushy at all, like some other branches. At Douglas there are always very nice offers and gift ideas. Too bad that this branch will be closed soon.

Were there today, absolutely not to be recommended. You can find employees. Assortment messed up and confusing. There is much better Douglas business than this.
