Customer service is not available here. The clasp on the necklace was defective after less than 1.5 years. More than 100 euros had to be paid for the exchange, even though there was a warranty claim. Ms. Boxbucher refused to otherwise hand over the piece of jewelry. She also became insulting during the conversation and called the police. You can only shake your head!
I would like to respond to the reviews of Lauersdorf / Lorey. This choker was not a warranty case. My company did the repairs for jeweler boxing books. The heavy soiling of the choker meant that the lock could no longer be opened. This is not a defect in the product, it is pure customer fault. I can't understand at all that Ms. Boxing books is being approached so outrageously here.
The consistent ignorance of civil law warranty obligations below two years after the date of purchase is here with the tel. Call for the police continued. "Indescribable and terrible", so the evaluation of the contract partner - apparently out of sheer "economic helplessness" ...
The police officers left the "crime scene" with a smile after the dubious situation was identified.
And then to argue with a "credit" offer well below the current jewelry value, to try to "lure" .... Oh, oh - how long will such a "serious" and lofty behavior continue to work ...?
And then there is an almost "expert recommendation" brought about by a "supplier's son" to the jeweler, whose previous company has long since ceased to exist. Well, well ...
My real money is too good for me for this "fine behavior". Once and never again - certainly not against a voucher ...
