I have been to several jewelers in different cities. I decided on an engagement ring from this branch. The advice, selection and prices convinced me. The ring was too big in the end, but it was easily exchanged for a smaller one.

Was there today to buy an engagement ring. A lady came up to me immediately and asked me in a friendly manner how she could help me. I can only say that I have visited many different jewelers and that I received more or less good and friendly advice everywhere, but here I was and am more than satisfied. Ms. Bärschneider showed me a lot of different rings, was always polite and absolutely competent. But what I liked best was her relaxed, humorous manner without losing any of her seriousness. I can only recommend everyone to go to her when they make their way to Kraemer in Bochum!
