My wife wanted to change the batteries of her watch, which she bought at this store. A week later as she picked it up, she found a big scratch on the backside, looking like one you get when you tried to open the cover with a sharp metallic object and failed. My wife asked the guy who works there about this and all he says was just "Ich weiß nicht" over and over again. And even "Gebrauchsspuren, vielleicht", though my wife doesn't have any iron claw on her wrist. She just paid for the batteries and came back home because she didn't even want to talk to the guy any more, but I wonder if that is how he usually treats the customers.
