I took my watch to this dealer to exchange the watch glass, as he was listed as an authorized dealer on the manufacturer's website. I got the watch back with a new glass and a defective dial. This was then exchanged "on goodwill". After that, the watch came back with the dial inserted twisted. Again, I complained. It was pointed out several times that the errors could not come from the repair and that there were before / after pictures, which I also offered. It appears that mistakes were made in the repair that should now be swept under the rug. As a result, improvements were made again, but nothing more could be done. Apparently the clock is fine. The experience, however, was harrowing. Under no circumstances would I entrust one of my watches to this dealer or watchmaker again and can only urge caution.

The jeweler is top notch. I felt really well advised here and could give my man a great pleasure! The prices are okay, the service class.
